在裝載機不工作時對裝載機進行保養(yǎng)與維護是預防其發(fā)生故障的重要措施之一，徹底檢修一次，把損壞的零部件更換，如汽缸套、活塞等；把需調(diào)整的調(diào)整好，如氣門間隙、噴油壓力等。把該清洗的徹底清洗、如空氣、柴油、機器濾清器，以使小裝載機的技術(shù)狀態(tài)達到良好的標準，既不漏油、不漏水、不漏氣；零部件齊全、完整，調(diào)整正確，潤滑良好；發(fā)動機輸出功率、油耗及轉(zhuǎn)速負荷規(guī)定要求；工作中無異常響聲；發(fā)動機易起動，調(diào)速靈敏，轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定；排氣管排煙正常，無油點。炭粒；滿負荷作業(yè)時水溫、油溫、油壓均勻在正常范圍之內(nèi)；離合器、變速箱、轉(zhuǎn)向、制動等機構(gòu)作用正常；各運動磨檫件無過熱現(xiàn)象；電器設(shè)備正常工作，不漏電，不打鐵；附屬裝置、液壓系統(tǒng)工作可靠，操縱靈活無異常。冬季裝載機輪胎氣壓應比夏季高5％左右，避免行駛中的滾動阻力過大，增加油耗。
