工程機械平時保養常識

維修保養是恢復工程機械性能，延長其使用壽命的有效手段。對機械定期進行保養能夠使機械經常處于完好狀態,隨時可以啟動運轉或出車,不致因中途損壞而停機，在使用過程中不致因機件事故而影響安全或行駛，因此一定要對機械定期進行檢查保養。

1、目視檢查：起動機車前應進行目視檢查。檢查是否有機油、燃油和冷卻液泄漏，是否有松動的螺栓和螺母，電氣線路中是否有電線斷裂、短路和電瓶接頭松動，是否有油污，是否有民物積聚。
Visual inspection: Before starter car should be visually inspected. Check for oil, fuel and coolant leaks, if there are loose bolts and nuts, electrical lines if there is wire breakage, short circuit and battery connector is loose, if there is oil, whether China buildup.
2、起動發動機后檢查鳴笛與所有的儀表是否完好，發動機的起動狀態、噪聲與尾氣顏色及是否有機油、燃油和冷卻液泄漏。
