濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)配件的沖洗事項(xiàng)

第一：一般使用最多500個(gè)小時(shí)或是大約三個(gè)月就要檢查和更換油濾。

如果要是系統(tǒng)中使用到電液伺服閥，伺服閥的沖洗板要使油液能從供油管路流向集流器，并直接返回油箱，這樣可以讓油液反復(fù)流通，以沖洗系統(tǒng)，讓油濾濾掉固體顆粒，沖洗過程中，每隔1～2小時(shí)要檢查一下裝載機(jī)配件的油濾，以防油濾被污染物堵塞，此時(shí)旁路不要打開，若是發(fā)現(xiàn)油濾開始堵塞就馬上換油濾。
