裝載機(jī)工作裝置油缸力介紹

裝載機(jī)工作裝置油缸的作用力有主動力和被動力之分，主動力就是保證裝載機(jī)正常作業(yè)情況下，油缸推動工作機(jī)構(gòu)運動的作用力，其最大值決定于工作裝置參數(shù)及掘起力，被動力就是當(dāng)油缸閉鎖情況下，裝載機(jī)鏟掘時作用于油缸上的力，它的最大值取決于液壓系統(tǒng)的限壓閥的壓力及活塞的作用面積。

當(dāng)裝載機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)斗油缸閉鎖，靠提升動臂進(jìn)行掘起或舉升時，動臂油缸產(chǎn)生主動力，其大小應(yīng)能克服最大掘起力時所產(chǎn)生的總力矩；此時的轉(zhuǎn)斗油缸大端產(chǎn)生支承力，其油壓應(yīng)小于液壓系統(tǒng)中限壓閥的壓力；當(dāng)山東裝載機(jī)動臂油缸閉鎖進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)斗時，轉(zhuǎn)斗油缸主動；當(dāng)鏟斗下翻進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制入土?xí)r，轉(zhuǎn)斗油缸小腔產(chǎn)生主動力，動臂油缸小腔為支承力。
